Job summary

CCRM Fertility is seeking an Medical Laboratory Scientist to perform comprehensive laboratory testing across pre-analytic, analytic and post-analytic stages in Lone Tree, CO. The role requires ASCP-certified MLS/MT, a BS in lab science, and hands-on experience with high-complexity testing, LIS, and venipuncture.

You will uphold strict quality control, safety, and HIPAA standards while collaborating with a clinical team. Weekend/holiday shifts and cross-functional duties are expected.

Qualifications

• MT/MLS, ASCP certification with continuing education maintenance as required.
• Bachelor of Science in laboratory science with clinical training completed.
• Microscopic skills documentation required.
• At least 1 year of high-complexity lab experience.
• Strong foundation in general laboratory techniques.
• Venipuncture ability.
• Experience with LIS is required.
• Troubleshooting skills with instrumentation is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use office equipment.
• Excellent procedural compliance and documentation.
• Must be well organized and able to multi-task.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Positive attitude and flexibility in changing situations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Understand and report domestic violence/child abuse as required.
• Weekend and holiday work on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor test analyses and ensure analytic performance.
• Perform venipunctures and proper specimen handling.
• Maintain daily quality control and document corrective actions.
• Adhere to OSHA/CLIA regulations and HIPAA policies.
• Document proficiency testing and instrument troubleshooting.

Education

BS in Laboratory Science; clinical training program completed

Microscopic skills documented

1 year high-complexity lab experience
