Job summary

Eligible for Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP). Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm with rotating weekends; strong opportunities for growth within the VA system.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen or eligible for employment.
• English language proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher and appropriate certification options met or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Performs a broad range of laboratory procedures including all testing and tasks of the CLS occupation.
• Monitors quality control systems and ensures accuracy of results.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to support diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintains and documents optimal functioning of laboratory equipment.
• Reads and interprets complex written instructions and applies them in practice.
