Responsibilities

• Performs routine and specialized laboratory testing independently and within established timeframes.
• Executes quality control and instrument maintenance, documents actions, and escalates issues when results are out of control.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and safety guidelines.
• Participates in performance improvement by data collection and analysis; supports cost reduction via inventory management.
• Communicates effectively with team members and manages patient-related data confidentiality.
