• Run diagnostic tests, analyze data, and verify/validate results.
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment/analyzers.
• Receive, label, and handle specimens to maintain integrity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and laboratory standards.
• Communicate critical or abnormal results to providers promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support quality improvement.
• Assist with training and mentoring new staff.
