Qualifications

• English Language Proficiency: Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Certification: Generalist or Specialist certification options through ASCP/AMT.
• May qualify under Grandfathering Provision for VA occupation.
• GS-12 level experience requirement and KSAs for oversight of testing programs.
