Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; or high school diploma with relevant experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in training or related field.
• Experience in clinical laboratory environment and HIPAA/GDP/GLP knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training through in-person, virtual, and hands-on methods.
• Assess learner needs and adapt facilitation style.
• Create, edit, and maintain training and competency materials.
• Administer learning exams and observational assessments.
• Maintain training records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior trainers.
