Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in Biological Science with NAACLS MLS program and national certification.
• ASCP certification or CLIA equivalent required/eligible.
• Registry eligible pathways with NAACLS MLS program and certification within one year.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and high complex testing per protocols.
• Operate, troubleshoot and maintain lab equipment for accuracy.
• Ensure results per manufacturer guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Document data in LIS/HIS with timely turnaround.
• Conduct quality control and corrective actions as needed.
• Support safety and quality assurance activities.
