Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology with licensure as a Medical Lab Technologist.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in a clinical lab; greater than 5 years preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and process specimens from patients across age groups.
• Perform clerical duties and ensure accuracy of reports and records.
• Operate analyzers, calibrate instruments, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Mentor peers and assist in developing procedures.
• Follow universal precautions and maintain a clean lab area.
