We are seeking a knowledgeable Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join our team!
Performs a wide range of medical laboratory procedures requiring technical knowledge and skill, at the request of authorized, licensed providers. Operates laboratory analyzers to provide critical data for use in the treatment and diagnosis of disease. Makes independent judgement decisions in the reporting of normal and abnormal test results. Performs and analyzes quality control data. Instructs and mentors fellow employees. Interacts with nursing and health care practitioners. Provides excellent customer service.

Requirements
Education: Associate of Science with licensure as a Medical Lab Technologist. Bachelor of Science preferred.
Experience: 2-4 years in clinical lab environment. Greater than 5 years in a clinical lab environment preferred.
Skills: Able to learn and retain quickly and precisely, with attention to detail. Able to use laboratory equipment, software, is knowledgeable and self-directed.
Knowledge: Knowledge of standard laboratory information and practices. Extensive knowledge base attained by experience and during prior employment.
Abilities: Read, write, and speaks to communicate effectively.
