Aurora Health Care in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is looking for a Medical Laboratory Technician who will perform and monitor laboratory tests, document calibration and maintenance of instruments, and ensure compliance with standards.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate's Degree in Clinical Lab Technician or related field and will need to obtain their MLT certification within one year of hire. No prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification must be obtained within 1 year.
• No prior experience is required for this position.

Responsabilités

• Perform, evaluate, and monitor laboratory tests.
• Document calibration and maintenance of instruments.
• Collect specimens from patients according to established protocols.
• Provide technical assistance to Phlebotomists and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with all accrediting agency standards.
