Job summary

Qualifications

• NYS Clinical Laboratory Technologist license (ASCP) or eligible.

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and STAT laboratory testing.
• Generalist experience preferred: Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank; Microbiology (PCR, Rapid Testing) a plus.
• Verifies and communicates test results with multidisciplinary team.
