Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus relevant degree/experience.
• BS in medical technology or biological sciences with 3 years clinical lab exp OR certified MT with 3 years in lab.
• Master's degree plus 3 years in clinical laboratory or equivalent certification may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist Laboratory Manager with daily lab functions.
• Maintain QC program appropriate for testing performed in lab.
• Document Quality Assurance and maintain logs.
• Perform laboratory testing (chemistries, hematology, immunoassay).
• Ensure safety and confidentiality in all lab activities.
