The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field, certification pathways such as NAACLS or ASCP, and a strong commitment to accuracy, safety, and compassionate care in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biological Science, or a related field.
Certification pathways include military medical training, NAACLS-accredited programs, or ASCP certification, with AMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct clinical tests on samples such as blood and urine.
Interpret and report test results promptly.
Ensure laboratory equipment functions accurately through calibration and troubleshooting.
Work closely with medical staff to provide timely diagnostic information.
Follow safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.
Demonstrate attention to detail and compassionate care in all tasks.
