Job summary

Evolution Research Group (ERG) is hiring a Laboratory Technician (PRN) at our CPMI-Clinical Pharmacology site in Miami, FL. The role supports clinical assessments, lab functions, and document management under the guidance of the Site Director.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and medical assisting/CNA credentials, familiarity with GCP/ICH, and strong organizational and communication skills to work with the clinical operations team and sponsors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a medical setting with training and certification as a Medical Assistant or CNA.
• Understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential study files.
• Clinical skills include phlebotomy, vital sign measurements, and ECGs.
• Enter data into Electronic Data Capture systems and resolve queries.
• Collaborate with site leadership and clinical team to meet goals.
• Adhere to ERG SOPs and regulatory policies.
• Support with document management and protocol-related assessments.
