Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician for a 13-week Laboratory position. The role requires state licensure, ASCP or equivalent certification, and at least 2 years of experience in a clinical lab setting.

The MLT will perform diverse laboratory procedures, operate and maintain instruments, and ensure quality control while supporting physicians and healthcare teams in diagnosis and patient care. This is a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician or similar role.
• ASCP certification or equivalent required.
• Current state license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of clinical laboratory procedures to assist in diagnosis and patient care.
• Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Ensure accurate communication and timely documentation of test results.
• Adhere to quality control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with providers and lab team to deliver quality patient care.
