Alliance Clinical Network is seeking a Lab Technician / Phlebotomist for our Lewisville, TX site to support clinical research operations through specimen handling, lab maintenance, data recording, and timely processing per study protocols.

You will label and store samples, perform basic equipment calibration, assist with participant visits, maintain QC and regulatory logs, and coordinate with site staff to meet study timelines. Requires at least 2 years as a Lab Technician and 1 year phlebotomy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Lab Technician or in a related position.
• 1+ year of experience in phlebotomy.
• Experience operating laboratory equipment and handling hazardous materials.
• Experience supporting clinical research protocols is preferred.

• Receive, label, and safely store testing samples.
• Record and report tests and analyses.
• Maintain lab equipment and perform calibrations.
• Collaborate with coordinators and site staff to support participant visit flow.
• Maintain accurate lab logs and regulatory documentation.
