Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Six months experience working in an acute care facility in an equivalent role.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the technical staff in the delivery of medical laboratory information related to diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
• Maintains laboratory supplies inventory and processes specimens for testing, including venipuncture and processing of gynecological and non-gynecologic samples.
• Registers patients in the Hospital Information System and ensures accurate test orders and timely results.
