Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and process specimens, prepare for testing and archiving.
• Handle data entry for patient demographics and specimens.
• Assist with automated instrumentation loading/unloading per guidelines.
• Support microbiology duties such as staining smears and inoculations as assigned.
• Maintain accurate logs, pending lists and referral testing timetables.
• Communicate with clients and departments to resolve inquiries and issues.
