Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1 year recent clinical lab experience as an MLT; 2 years generalist MLT; MLT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs waived, moderate, and high complexity testing across pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic phases.
• Performs quality control/assurance, maintenance, troubleshooting, and specimen processing.
• Data entry and retrieval of results; serves as frontline resource to lab customers.
• Contributes to Performance Improvement activities and updates lab procedures; may supervise staff.
• Assists in test method evaluations, validations, and implementations.
