Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing assigned to the department.
• Recognize unusual test results and resolve discrepancies.
• Establish work priorities and handle several procedures simultaneously.
• Troubleshoot instruments and other problems.
• Maintain knowledge of SOPs and draft/revise SOPs, training documents, validation plans.
• Maintain excellent communication with the Department and Laboratory Services personnel.
