Job summary

Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in the Bronx is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technician to perform routine laboratory procedures under supervision, following NYS Education Law. You will collect specimens, run standard tests, and ensure quality control and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a clinical laboratory technician or a NYSED permit.
• Experience with routine laboratory procedures and quality controls is preferred.
• Must be able to follow established procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Obtains, collects, and accession specimens with proper labeling.
• Performs routine tests and analyses using manual or automated techniques.
• Prepares reagents and maintains designated laboratory instruments.
• Records results and ensures accurate reporting and documentation.
