Job summary

The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Clinical Lab Tech A to perform clinical laboratory testing on companion animals using automated and manual techniques across hematology, chemistry, coagulation, cytology, blood banking, and immunology.

Responsibilities include specimen prep and testing, result review and communication with clinicians, daily QC, sample accessioning, teaching veterinary students, inventory management, and general lab organization.

Qualifications

  • Associate of Science and 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
