Creative Testing Solutions seeks a Clinical Laboratory Assistant to support testing operations under supervision. The role involves unpacking and recording samples, data entry, maintaining records, and ensuring confidentiality of donor and patient information.
Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, may hold a driver’s license, and possess competency in CLA I/II tasks with experience at CLA III/IV levels. Training opportunities and lab support duties are available.
Under direct supervision, a Clinical Laboratory Assistant (CLA) performs a variety of record keeping duties and prepares routine specimens and performs ancillary tasks to support testing. Unpacks and records samples shipped in accordance with regulations and guidelines. Works with other team members to ensure timely and quality test results.
Must possess demonstrated competency in all CLA I and II tasks.
Must possess at least 1 year of clinical laboratory experience and demonstrated competency in all CLA II and III tasks.
Must possess at least 1 year of clinical laboratory experience, including previous experience as a Clinical Laboratory Assistant at CTS and demonstrated competency in all CLA I, II, III, and IV tasks.
Trainer Certification is preferred, but required for CLA IVs in Plasma Services.
