Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or related field; NAACLS MLS program; or 30/35 semester hours plus 1 year relevant experience.
• 1 year experience preferred; ASCP/AMT-MT certification required or eligible; licensure as per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient and QC testing and report results per policy.
• Maintain instrument performance and initiate service as needed.
• Ensure proper inventory, supply usage, and safety compliance.
• Communicate issues and results with supervision and staff.
• Support timely turnaround time and shift transitions.
