- MLS certification within one year or eligibility required.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and calibrations.
- Perform tests per established protocols and equipment manuals.
- Identify abnormal results and communicate findings promptly.
- Interpret results and correlate data for accuracy.
- Support protocol development, quality improvement, and staff training.
- Guide specimen collection, handling, and storage procedures.
