Responsibilities

• Maintain productivity and manage multiple work processes efficiently.
• Handle specimens properly, confirm identification, and use accessioning procedures.
• Recognize and resolve discrepancies on patient orders, and document instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality control.
• Replenish reagents and supplies following protocols.
• Follow established reporting procedures via computerized, verbal, or manual methods.
• Navigate multiple computer applications to perform job duties.
• Assist in training and orienting new employees and participate in ongoing educational activities.
