Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• ASCP or AMT certification required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical analyses of body fluids to determine normal/abnormal components.
• Study blood cells and morphology; perform blood group and compatibility testing.
• Enter results into the computer and conduct quality control studies.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments; document repairs and maintenance.
• Train and supervise students and assist the laboratory team.
