Job summary

DELFI Diagnostics, Inc. is seeking a contract PM shift CLS to perform high complexity cancer-detection tests using next-generation sequencing. You will collaborate with automation, assay development and tech transfer teams to build scalable clinical infrastructure.

Qualifications include a CA CLS/CGMBS license, 2+ years of CL lab experience, familiarity with CAP Molecular Pathology, and strong communication skills for cross-functional audiences. PM shift applies.

Qualifications

• Active California CLS/CGMBS license or equivalent
• 42 CFR 493.1489/1491 knowledge required
• CAP Molecular Pathology Checklist familiarity
• BS in Biomedical Laboratory Sciences or related field
• Ability to communicate complex results to cross-functional teams
• Interest in cancer genetics and collaborative work
• 2+ years of Clinical Laboratory experience
• Recent laboratory work experience within the last year
• Experience with next-generation sequencing and automated liquid handlers
• PM shift availability (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) is required

Responsibilities

• Perform high complexity laboratory testing for cancer detection via NGS
• Identify and troubleshoot test performance issues
• Document reagent manufacturing and qualification
• Verify instrument performance through calibration and maintenance
• Train laboratory personnel on procedures
• Manage laboratory equipment, installation, calibration, PM, and repairs
