There is currently an urgent need for a Clinical Lab Scientist Manager to join a state‑of‑the‑art, extremely stable healthcare organization on a full‑time basis. Job Description

• Performs all tests provided to the laboratory to obtain clinical information for physicians.
• Assumes duties of the Laboratory Assistant in their absence, including phlebotomy.
• Assists with laboratory services, patient care, quality assurance, and safety of hospital employees.

Qualifications

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you hold a Clinical Lab Scientist License in CA and have at least 2 to 5 years of clinical lab experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a management role.
• Strong experience as a generalist with a background in chemistry, hematology, and blood banking is mandatory.
• Experience with Phlebotomy is highly desired.
• Must have experience analyzing samples of patients ranging from Neonates to Geriatrics.
