Abbott is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist II to perform moderate and high complexity testing, interpret results, and support quality systems in a fast-paced lab environment in Madison, WI. You will ensure QC/QA, maintain equipment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while upholding safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an Associate degree in laboratory science and 2+ years CAP/CLIA experience, with US work authorization.

Competenze

• Associate degree in laboratory science or equivalent with required chemistry/biology hours.
• 2+ years CAP/CLIA clinical laboratory experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Professional working knowledge of local, state, and federal laboratory regulations.

Mansioni

• Perform moderate and highly complex laboratory tests per SOPs.
• Review and document laboratory quality control procedures.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Prepare reagents and maintain supplies for daily operations.
• Communicate results and maintain patient data confidentiality.

Formazione

Associate degree in laboratory science
