Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related life/physical sciences.
• Current State CLS license is required.
• Zero to three years direct laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate to highly complex clinical tests per procedures.
• Prepare reagents, media, standards, and controls; evaluate new reagents.
• Determine specimen acceptability according to testing procedures.
• Calculate results using manual or computerized methods.
• Enter results and monitor turnaround times; report accuracy.
• Maintain calibration, QC, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
