Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or related field.
• Certification within 12 months if not already certified.
• Knowledge of medical terminology for lab procedures and results.
• Experience with a full range of laboratory tests and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex laboratory testing with quality control and troubleshooting to ensure accurate results.
• Maintain records, process requisitions, and prepare reports in compliance with regulations.
• Train students and new staff and support instrument implementations.
• Manage supplies, inventory, and assist with process improvements.
