Labcorp in San Diego, CA is seeking a Clinical Lab Scientist to join our team and support daily operations, ensuring accurate testing and timely results for patient care.

The ideal candidate has a BS in a chemical/biological science (or medical technology), a CA CLS license, and experience. Proficiency with LIS and MS Office is preferred, and the position requires the ability to work a Tue–Sat schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology.
• CA CLS license - Generalist.

Responsabilités

• Assist the supervisor with day-to-day operations of the department/lab.
• Send daily, weekly and monthly production reports to management.
• Assist with training of new hires and development of current employees.
• Monitor and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper functionality.
• Report accurate and timely test results to deliver quality patient care.
• Perform and document preventive maintenance and quality control procedures.
