Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related field required.
• Valid California license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist required.
• Experience with quality control procedures and documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing of biological specimens, including high-complexity tests.
• Adhere to quality control policies and document calibrations and maintenance.
• Train and orient new staff and students as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results to clinicians.
• Maintain records and participate in competency and credentialing activities.
