Job summary

Norman Regional is seeking a qualified Medical Technologist or MT/HTL to join our elevated laboratory team in Moore, OK. The role focuses on maintaining instrumentation, performing QC/calibration, and ensuring accurate testing within standard timeframes.

Candidates must have ASCP MT credential with a Bachelor's degree, be registered or eligible, and meet CLIA 1988 requirements. The position is PRN with day shift and includes $2.50/hr PRN differential.

Qualifications

• Must meet CLIA Act of 1988 requirements.
• Four years MLT/HT or two years MT/HTL experience.
• ASCP registration or eligibility.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree and Medical Technology (MT) certification with American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent.
• Must meet the minimum requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Act of 1988.

Experience

• Four (4) years of laboratory experience as an MLT/HT (internal CLS2); OR Two (2) years of laboratory experience as a MT/HTL (internal CLS3)

(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)

Licensure/Certification

• Registered with ASCP (or eligible for registry) as a Medical Technologist or equivalent

Compensation

• $26.77-$43.71/hr depending on previous experience
• Position qualifies for $2.50/hr PRN differential
