Norman Regional is seeking a Medical Technologist/MLT for PRN Evening/Nights shifts. The role focuses on maintaining instrumentation, quality control, and calibration, with opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree with MT certification (ASCP or equivalent) and meet CLIA 1988 requirements. ASCP registry or eligibility is required. Evening hours and PRN differential apply.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree and Medical Technology (MT) certification with American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent.
• Must meet the minimum requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Act of 1988.

Experience

• Four (4) years of laboratory experience as an MLT/HT (internal CLS2); OR Two (2) years of laboratory experience as a MT/HTL (internal CLS3)

(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)

Licensure/Certification

• Registered with ASCP (or eligible for registry) as a Medical Technologist or equivalent

Compensation

• $26.77-$43.71/hr depending on previous experience
• Position qualifies for $2.50/hr PRN differential
