Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains dept schedules for Automated Lab staff; approves time-off and postings six weeks in advance.
• Schedules employees for mandatory in-services; monitors competency; facilitates new-hire orientation.
• Reviews time sheets, handles payroll changes, and trains staff on HRIS; monitors vacation and unscheduled absences.
• Completes special projects and standardizes scheduling SOP.
• Other duties as assigned.
