Qualifications

• Certification in Medical Technology and/or Specialist in Blood Banking.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate technical activities in a segment of the Clinical Laboratories to ensure proper operation.
• Develop and implement quality control programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct proficiency evaluations of laboratory operations and report results.
• Assist in developing and implementing testing methods and evaluating new equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and formal training to personnel and students.
• Plan work distribution and staffing to meet demands.
• Prepare reports and analyses on progress and trends.
• Assist in development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan.
