Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Experience in a medical setting, hospital or clinic laboratory preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and human anatomy preferred.
• Candidate with college-level course work in science preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Keep things moving: Handle order entry, specimen and material pick-up, transportation, and tracking with precision and a positive attitude
• Process like a pro: Receive and process specimens and materials according to established procedures- you'll become a master of the workflow
• Tech it up: Navigate various information systems to keep everything organized and running smoothly
• Equipment expert: Operate and maintain pre and post analytic laboratory equipment and automation systems,we'll make sure you're trained and confident
• Go the extra mile: Perform occasional phlebotomy services when needed at your site (if applicable to your position)
• Be the friendly face: Interact with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers with genuine courtesy and professionalism-your positive energy matters!
