Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Science or Medical Technology.
• Must be licensed ASCP/AMT/NCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a clinical laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the laboratory department, shift or area.
• Set the tone and lead by example with positive leadership behavior.
• Ensure tasks and projects are completed in support of departmental and organizational goals.
