• Maintain accurate and timely records of daily sales calls, including purpose and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and effectively communicate relevant compliance standards to clients.
• Manage and distribute supplies appropriately in accordance with hospital policies and client usage.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions.

Position Summary

The Field Service Representative is responsible for driving business growth by developing new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and delivering exceptional service. This role is highly relationship-focused, with significant time spent engaging healthcare providers and identifying opportunities to add value through our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by identifying leads and delivering effective sales presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, and key decision-makers
• Spend approximately 80% of time in the field cultivating relationships, identifying client needs, and presenting tailored solutions
• Serve as a trusted partner to clients by supporting training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Report client feedback, issues, and opportunities to the Program Manager, and support timely resolution

Additional Responsibilities

• Deliver supplies to client locations as needed
• Perform courier duties when required
• Support billing processes, including reviewing and correcting requisitions
• Maintain valid personal vehicle insurance for business use
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day)
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive tasks
• Ability to bend, squat, climb, push, and pull as needed
• Lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 35 lbs occasionally
