Job summary

Requirements include a BS/BA in a biological science and 0-2 years of experience. Strong communication, pipetting and data management skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a biological science or related field.
• 0-2 years industry-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in testing patient samples according to SOPs with high accuracy.
• Maintain updated knowledge of lab methods performed.
• Follow GLP; keep workspace clean and organized.
• Complete trainings and deadlines on time.
• Recognize and escalate equipment malfunctions; troubleshoot.
• Document protocol deviations and escalate to lead/supervisor.
• Communicate with team and other departments via email.
• Provide feedback on schedules and tasks to supervisor.
• Assist teammates with daily tasks.
• Adhere to departmental expectations.
