Vetted Solutions is seeking a laboratory support role in the United States to assist technical lab staff with specimen collection, receipt, processing, and preparation for testing. The position may perform waived and limited moderate complexity testing in compliance with CLIA standards.

You will help maintain laboratory equipment, ensure specimen integrity, and contribute to quality and efficiency in departmental operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy/CLA certification is required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and ability to work with interruptions.
• Physical ability to handle specimen processing tasks and operate laboratory equipment safely.

Responsabilités

• Process and prepare patient samples, ensuring proper identification and specimen integrity.
• Perform waived and moderate complexity testing under supervision, meeting performance standards.
• Conduct quality control, troubleshoot basic issues, and document deviations.
• Assist with inventory management and departmental cost-saving initiatives.
• Support miscellaneous duties such as phlebotomy and staff training.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, promoting teamwork.
