Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college courses in hard sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preparatory steps for routine and high complexity tests.
• Prepare specimens, centrifuge, stain and archive samples as trained.
• Operate and troubleshoot lab equipment; communicate critical results.
• Utilize LIS for patient accessioning and monitor lists.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety; assist with orientation of staff.
