Job summary

Under direct supervision, you will handle processing, data entry in the LIMS, respond to inquiries, and support quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and accession patient samples into the Laboratory Information System.
• Processes specimens and delivers to laboratories; stores properly.
• Identifies and resolves specimen integrity issues and documents findings.
• Processes add-on testing according to procedures.
• May perform waived to moderate complexity testing.
• Answers telephones and responds to customer inquiries.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
