Job summary

• Process and handle specimens, deliver to appropriate laboratories, and store samples as required.
• Identify and resolve specimen integrity issues and document information for QA purposes.
• Process add-on testing according to departmental procedures.
• Answer telephones and respond to customer inquiries.
