Job summary

The Lone Star Oncology laboratory is seeking a skilled lab technician to perform routine blood tests, quality control, phlebotomy, and instrument maintenance. You will prepare specimens for microscope examination and operate centrifuges, hematology analyzers, and point-of-care devices.

Two years of lab experience and a High School diploma are required. Proficiency in MS Office and a Laboratory Information System is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a lab setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with lab software.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with safety standards.
• Ability to perform manual and automated routine blood tests.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze body fluids such as urine and blood.
