Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.

• General knowledge of quantity food preparation and portioned serving.

Responsibilities

• Follow standardized recipes, portioning, menu extensions and presentation standards.
• Monitor food temperatures to meet goals throughout service.
• Supervise storage of supplies and food products; inspect deliveries.
• Report equipment issues and supply needs to Chef Manager/Director.
• Comply with health, safety and sanitation regulations and audits.
• Attend department meetings and complete required training.
