Job summary

MIAMI VALLEY HOSPITAL SOUTH is seeking a Clinical Logistics Supply Specialist to manage all clinical inventory and related workflows across Surgery/SPD, Cath Lab, EP Lab, and Radiology warehouses. You will ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counting, and timely fulfillment of procedures.

The role requires collaboration with clinical staff and management, and may involve training and coverage across hospitals within the system to support patient safety and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School completion or GED is required.
• 3-5 years of job related experience in materials management in healthcare.
• Experience with Lawson Inventory Management System is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of ERP and inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Manages all clinical inventory across departments and system-wide.
• Oversees consignment, non-stock items, and utilization of mobile supply chain devices.
• Performs cycle counting, order fill, inventory turns, and obsolescence management.
• Audits staff inventory scanning and related system information.
• Trains and orients new clinical staff; collaborates with cross-functional teams.
