Job summary

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience using basic word processing, spreadsheets, internet, e-mail, and scheduling applications.
• Experience in a role requiring strong attention to detail, accuracy, and dependability.
• Experience in a role working with healthcare supplies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control on stock and non-stock items for assigned units.
• Keep supplies binned and organized; maintain par levels and identify trends.
• Serve as liaison between Supply Chain and the department; communicate supply levels and new products.
• Order and deliver supplies using appropriate systems and suppliers.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve discrepancies; monitor Kanban visuals and location maintenance.
• Review daily, weekly and monthly reports; ensure compliance with policies and SOPs.
